Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
To return a product, please email us at email@example.com with your order number. Based on your location, we will advise you of the postal address of the nearest warehouse.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of order confirmation
Once posted, please email us proof of shipment such as tracking number.
For pre-order items, returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
- The SmartBag must be unregistered upon return. A registered SmartBag will be considered voided and will not be issued a refund or exchange.
We kindly ask that customers arrange and pay for their own postage and courier for the return.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
This excludes pre-order items, which are subject to a 14-days change of mind period after purchase, followed by a 14-days refund policy after the product is delivered.
To apply for a refund, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order invoice. If the product was received in a damaged condition, please also attach photos.
Once your refund is approved (generally within 1-2 business days), it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 3-5 business days, please check with the provider of your payment method, e.g. your bank, PayPal or Afterpay.
If you have checked with all your service providers and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
The Product Must Be
Un-used and in original condition
Un-locked and unregistered from you fingerprint. Please watch the instructional video sent to you prior to shipping notice. No refunds will be issued if the SmartBag is returned to us registered.
Repackaged in original protective bags/coverings or additional restocking fee applies.
Please use the original packaging/box. If you have discarded it, use similar or appropriate sized packaging. Items damaged due to inappropriate packaging may be charged a damaged item fee.

I've submitted my return/exchange online. What happens next?
Your return/exchange request will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your package. You'll get an email confirmation when we've initiated a refund. International returns will take additional handling time to process.
How long is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When will my refund be credited back to me?
